Returns Policy

 

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product please contact us and let us know within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please email us at info@naturallysustainable.com.au with as much detail as possible the details as well as images of the fault/issue. 

If the issue is clearly a manufacturing related fault and is found on delivery, we will provide you with a replacement. In the instance that the product is not available to be replaced we will either offer you a refund or a suitable substitute. It will be up to you, however, we will not refund any freight costs paid. Notification of an unused faulty item must be reported within 7 days of your delivery.

Returns are only accepted on warranty items and packing discrepancies, we do not allow returns for change of mind or unwanted items. All other conditions are assessed at our own discretion. Please be mindful that any packing discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package in order to be rectified.
