Thank you for your interest in our wonderful product range. You are on this page because you have a business and would like to register for a wholesale account. In order for you to obtain total wholesale access, you will need to fill in the registration form here.
Once you have registered you will receive an email of confirmation. At this stage you will only have access to the retail prices. Your account must first be approved by Naturally Sustainable before you can receive the wholesale prices and information.
Once Naturally Sustainable has approved your account, you will receive a welcome pack email outlining our wholesale ordering terms and conditions and other important information, including your login in details if we have set up your account for you. Once your wholesale membership has been confirmed you will have access to wholesale pricing, monthly specials and our online ordering system.
Please ensure you provide all of the information required in the registration form, if any information is missing we will first need to contact you before we can process your application any further.
All wholesale accounts are approved at Naturally Sustainable’s discretion and will first be checked for validity.

I have applied for a wholesale account, what happens now?
Once you have applied for a wholesale account Naturally Sustainable will need to review your information and at their discretion will approve your application. Once we have approved your account you will receive an email from Naturally Sustainable welcoming you to our wholesale section and confirming your approval. If any information is missing in your application we will call or email you to confirm your business details before accepting your application.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum wholesale order amount is $150 ex GST, with no product quantity minimums.
What is the usual turnaround time for an order?
We aim to have all orders despatched within 3 business days of placing your order. However, from time to time there may be unforseen delays. If you are a prepaid customer despatch will depend on how quickly you make your payment.
How do I pay for my order?
You can make payment for your order through this website. You can pay for your order either by direct debit or by credit card.
What if I have a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item, please read our “Warranties, Returns & Credits” page and contact us with the problem. It is up to Naturally Sustainable how a fault will be handled so please contact us before deciding on how to proceed.
Returns, Warranties, Discrepancies
Returns are only accepted on warranty items and packing discrepancies. All other conditions are assessed at our own discretion, we do not refund for change of mind. Any packing discrepancies must be reported within 3 days. Any freight costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
What are your payment terms?
All new customers are set up on a prepaid account. After your third order you have the option to apply for a 14 day credit account, which will be approved only at Naturally Sustainable’s discretion. Otherwise you will remain on a prepaid account indefinitely.
Do you run product promotions and specials?
Yes, each month we offer a new set of specials for our customers, these specials usually change between brands and products every month. We also at times run special short term sales, so stay tuned to our email newsletters.
Can specials for the same product overlap?
Generally, no. We will usually specify whether a promotion can cross over or not. But if you are receiving a special bulk discount rate, you will not receive any other promotions on that same product.
